Internet Service Providers are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they filter the e-mail that you want to receive. To make sure that our e-newsletters are not filtered into your 'junk' or 'bulk' folder, Please add carsoncityhd@psnnewsletter.com and info@carsoncityhd.com to your address book. See directions below for more details.
AOL Customers: Place the domain carsoncityhd@psnnewsletter.com in your Address Book
Yahoo! Customers: If one of our e-mails is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the 'this is not Spam' link next to the 'From' field.
Hotmail Customers: Place the domain carsoncityhd@psnnewsletter.com on your Safe List. The safe list can be accessed via the 'Options' link next to the main menu tabs. You can also select the message in your junk mail folder and then click "This is not SPAM" to add our email address to your "safe list" of addresses you want to receive email from.
Other ISPs and Spam Filters: Follow their instructions for white listing.
